Supercrítical Fluids in agrofood...

"II Ecuadorean Congress in food engineering" will be held Loja (Ecuador) from the 5th to 7th November.
Dr. Bruno Iñarra, from IDOKI, will talk about the use of supercritical fluids in the food industry, agrofood and nutraceutical.
At the same time and place takes place the "XI Conference of Food Science and Technology" as a meeting between university and enterprises.
